Refund Policy

We do not issue refunds for non-tangible irrevocable goods ("digital products") once the order is confirmed and the product is sent. We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or downloading our products. Contact us for any issues: support@novolanguages.com

If an instructor fails to conduct a live classes for which you have already made the payment, then you are given two options.

1) Novo coins of equivalent amount with a lifetime validity with which you can purchase a new course/workshop/masterclass

2) An access code to a course of equivalent value

3) complete refund. 

NOTE: A single missed session for which instructor has informed his students, will not be eligible for refunds.

If a student fails to attend a class

1) We will provide a recording of the class. However, if a student misses more than 3 classes without prior notifications, he/she will not be entitled to any refunds/benefits or recordings.
